Joseph Mileck
Joseph is Professor Emeritus of German at the University of California, Berkeley. He has written a popular biography of the German author Hermann Hesse, as well as a comprehensive bio-bibliography of the author. His biography has been translated into various languages. After retirement, he turned to poetry then to epigrams. He has written seven books of poetry and epigrams, as well as a study of the United States called America: An Empire in Disarray. His books are available on Amazon.

PiccolaPíccola is the stem of the leaf, the lovable dachshund, full of energy and mischief, who holds it all together. She brings smiles and laughs every day, and loves her evening couch time, when she sits between her humans and chews on her toys. She does not write her own books but contributes to both humans' endeavours.

Mary
Mary is a retired elementary teacher, who has now returned to her first love of writing. She creates the authors' blog Poetsinthegarden.com. She also writes children's picture books and has written several chapter books for young readers She has published a book of Christmas and Solstice tales and poems, which can be found on Amazon: Winter Tales by Mary Wolf. She has also published a chapter book for ages 6-9, entitled The Osprey Nest, also available on Amazon.
